Shipping Rates
- —Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.
- —Standard shipping (5–8 business days): $5.99
- —Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
- —Express shipping (1–2 business days): $24.99
- —International shipping coming soon.
Order Processing
- —Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- —Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- —You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns Policy
- —We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- —Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- —Returns are free — we provide a prepaid return label.
- —Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- —Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges
- —We currently process exchanges as a return + new order.
- —Contact us at hello@mountupapparel.com to start an exchange.
- —We will hold your replacement item for 5 business days while your return ships back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- —If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.
- —Email hello@mountupapparel.com with your order number and a photo.
- —We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
